Return Policy – Haycure Wellness

At Haycure Wellness, returns are accepted only in cases where a product is damaged during transit or an incorrect item has been delivered.


Eligibility for Return

A return request will be considered only if:

  • The product is received with damage caused during transit, or

  • The wrong item has been packed and delivered

The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, along with clear photo or video evidence.

Returns will not be accepted for reasons such as change of mind, dissatisfaction, or personal preference.


Return Process

Once your return request is approved:

  • Our courier partner will arrange a pickup within 5–7 business days

  • The returned item will be sent back to our facility

  • The product will be thoroughly inspected to confirm transit-related damage or packing error.


Refund Process

After the returned product reaches our facility and the issue is validated:

  • We will conduct a review in coordination with our transit partners

  • Upon confirmation, a refund will be initiated

Refunds will be processed to:

  • The original payment method, or

  • Store credit, where applicable

Processing timelines may vary depending on courier investigations and bank processing times.


Important Notes

  • Products must be unused and in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is mandatory

  • Haycure Wellness reserves the right to approve or reject return requests after inspection.
